"Recently a friend and I purchased 2 Polaris Sportsman 550 EPS. Doug in sales was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us happy. Doug listened to what we wanted and made it happen with no pressure. Unlike the other dealers in the area.
At five weeks both machines were taken if for the 20 hour service. In at 9 out before we could finish breakfast. Like Doug the guys in the service Dept were professional and answered all of our questions and offered some great advise.
I have to drive past two other powersports stores to get to Maxim.

"We recently purchased a new Polaris Sportsman 400 HO. It is a great machine. A part broke and Polaris covered it under warranty. My son had a big trip to go riding in the Tennesee mountains with friends planned and there was a concern that the part would not arrive in time for the trip.
Rick, in the service area, followed up with Polaris on a daily basis to ensure that the part got ordered, shipped, and installed in time for the big trip. Maxim employees know how to treat their customers right. Thanks Rick and everyone at Maxim Powersports!"
